x86: cherryhill: Fix DTC warning

Fix warning when compiling cherryhill.dts with latest DTC:

  "Warning (avoid_unnecessary_addr_size): /pci/pch@1f,0: unnecessary
   #address-cells/#size-cells without "ranges" or child "reg" property"
